Skipping
This class is a great way to learn coordination, balance, endurance and teamwork. Skipping has proven to be one of the best cardiovascular activities.
Single rope, Long ropes and Double dutch are some of the different styles of jump rope that will be taught in this class. Freestyle skills will be taught and solo and synchronized routines will be developed.
