Rolls, Cartwheels, Bridges, Walkovers, Aerials, Hand Stands & Handsprings.
Mini Tramp and Tumble track are also incorporated into this class.
This class will also include some flexibility and conditioning to improve your skills. A really fun way to stay active. We welcome a wide range of skill levels.
Choose one of:
Wednesdays 8:00pm - 9:00pm (Sept 16th)
Thursdays 1:30pm-2:30pm (Sept 17th)

10% off 2nd and 3rd classes when signing up for twice a week
(Aerial classes Tuesdays and Silks on Thursdays)
