Who Is This Class For?
This is an all-inclusive, mixed class for both men and women, 15 years and older, at any skill or fitness level.
This class will build your upper body strength like nothing else.
You will develop such a sense of satisfaction through depending on your own strength to accomplish these skills... not to mention the thrill of learning how to drop!
This class will also include some flexibility and conditioning to improve your skills.
No experience is required.
Beginner Adult Aerial Classes
6 week sessions
September 18 - October 23 or October 30 - December 4
Wednesdays • 7:30pm - 8:30pm
$153+HST per session
12 Week Session:
September 10TH - December 3RD
Tuesdays (Intermediate - Advanced) • 8:00pm - 9:00 pm
$306+HST + 10% off 2nd class when signing up for twice a week (Silks on Thursday)
