ADULT CIRCUS FIT
This is a great way to build strength, improve flexibility while having fun.
This is a 45 minute class for all skill levels.
This workout is a variety of styles mixed into one creating
a stimulating workout (from introductory strength building to learning skills) including:
Floor work (25 min)
• Pilates
• Stretching
• Cartwheels, Rolls, Handstands
Circus work (20 min)
• Silks
• Hoop
• Trapeze
• Skipping
• Mini tramp
